When we accept refunds

We want every print to be perfect. If something goes wrong on our end, we will make it right.

  • Your prints arrived physically damaged in transit
  • You received the wrong format or wrong quantity
  • There is a printing error — colour cast, misalignment, or visible defect clearly our fault

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will reprint and reship at no cost, or issue a full refund — your choice.

When we cannot refund

Because every order is printed specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or refunds in these cases:

  • You do not like how the print looks — output quality depends on the photos you provide
  • You uploaded images in the wrong format or wrong ratio
  • Your uploaded images were low resolution — print quality reflects the resolution of what you send us
  • You changed your mind after the order was placed

Image requirements

Send images in the correct ratio for your chosen format. If your format requires a 3:4 ratio, your images must be cropped to 3:4 before uploading. Sending a 1:1 image for a 3:4 print will result in letterboxing or cropping — this is a photo ratio mismatch, not a print defect.

When in doubt, contact us before placing your order and we will guide you.

How to raise a claim

Email sales@nagomibysxmr.in or DM @nagomibysxmr within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos.

Refund claims are processed within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds return to your original payment method.
